Answers to important Common Questions

With your initial appointment we will ask for proof of immunization for Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella.

• All arrival and pick up Services are by Appointment only.  We schedule our lives around the kennel appointments. Please call to check same day availability.  we may or may not be able to accommodate you. 
• Overnight kenneling is like a hotel, check out is by 9am so kennels can be sanitized for next guest, full day charge thereafter
• Overnight Boarding for dog includes 2 feedings, and 4 let outs daily, day board 2 let outs, both will have water available to pet at all times. 
• Cats are boarded in a large, 2 story pen in office away from dogs.  Litter is provided and scooped 2x daily.  You need only to supply food.
• Please check fb or Instagram for any Vacation or emergency closings.
• PVC kennel decks for comfort of dogs.  You may bring a blanket or dog bed but not responsible for them if destroyed.  Bedding will be removed from kennel if noted chewing.
• Please notify staff of any food restrictions/allergies as we give treats daily.
• Your dog(s) will be let outside individually, boarding is Not Doggy Daycare.
• Appointment times are Important, some kennels are accessed through grooming area and you will need to wait if grooming is in process because of missed or early to appointments.  A $10 rescheduling fee may be charged in some instances.
• Please have copies of immunizations and Reservations for care when you travel to avoid disruption of your plans. If traveling to the ARK Encounter- They Do Not allow dogs-  
• Always have dogs on leash entering and exiting kennel area/property.  We have many animals and electric fencing for livestock
• Deposit for new clients equivalent to 1 day board - if cancelled - Non-Refundable within 2 weeks of arrival appointment.  
• Holiday stays are 3 night minimum and Full prepayment non-refundable within 2 weeks of date of arrival.
• We accept Cash or Check for payment.  Pre-payment now accepted with debit/Credit cards through Clover at time of appointment  - valid email necessary for invoicing.
• If you have purchased and given your own vaccines you will need records- manufacturer, lot#, and expiration date- you will need to booster your dog if any of these are unavailable
